About Me

Lynn has over 35 years in the Mortgage Lending Industry. She started her financial career working for the Credit Bureau of Dayton, Ohio as a Mortgage Credit Supervisor over seeing the accuracy in credit reports for FHA, VA and Conventional loans being provided to mortgage lenders and local banks. When she relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, her residential mortgage career expanded into Retail Mortgage Lending working in loan servicing, processing, underwriting, origination and the buying and selling of mortgage loans in the Secondary Market. 25 Years ago Lynn and her husband Chris relocated to Athens, Ga., and have been there ever since. Since being in Athens Lynn has focused 100% of her time on loan origination as a Mortgage Banker or a Mortgage Broker.
